Help with an eSIM you bought
For an installation problem, refund, activation error or account issue, contact the provider through the support route in your order confirmation. This guide cannot access a provider’s customer account or change a purchased package.
Keep your order confirmation and note the exact error message, device model and settings involved. Share that information with the provider’s support team through its official channel.
